Dr. Lee Pritzl
Biography
Dr. Lee Pritzl, former Superintendent and educator for over 28 years serves as President of Elevated Performance 4 U. He holds a Doctorate of Organizational Leadership from Edgewood College. Lee is also certified in school safety as a Certified Protection Professional, or CPP.
His extensive work with school board development, advancing district leadership, and district strategic/visionary planning as President of Elevatedperformance4U provides a unique value when working with our client partners because Lee has effectively navigated a variety of challenges during his career. Coupled with his successful school board development work, Dr. Pritzl coaches several superintendents and supports them through unprecedented times.
History of EP4U
Elevated Performance 4 U was created in response to multiple requests for us to facilitate leadership development and increase board functionality. Our background in organizational, intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic communication coupled with 25 years of leadership experience has prepared our team to deliver tangible results for teams at all stages of success. In the beginning, we received requests to work with good boards and teams who desired to be excellent. These humble leaders knew they could be better than “good enough.” We agreed to facilitate the workshops under the flowing conditions:
